At Wild Soul Journey, I’m committed to providing soulful, nature-based guidance that supports your personal growth and reconnection. However, I understand that sometimes a course or service may not align with what you were seeking. I value transparency and fairness, so here’s how my refund policy works:

Digital Products & Downloadable Courses

I want you to feel confident and supported in your journey. If you purchase a digital course or downloadable workbook and realize within 7 days that it isn’t the right fit for you, I’m happy to offer a full refund—no questions asked.

To request a refund, simply email me with your order details and reason for the return (your feedback helps me improve!).

Please note:
Refunds will not be issued for digital products after the 7-day period or if a significant portion of the course/material has been completed or downloaded repeatedly.

Private Classes & Personalized Courses

For all private yoga, mindfulness sessions, or customized courses, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your spot and covers the time, energy, and preparation involved in creating a personalized experience just for you.

If you need to cancel:
— Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will not incur additional charges beyond the deposit.
— Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled session may be subject to additional fees, up to the full amount.

Rescheduling is always encouraged where possible—I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs!
